About Dayspring Acquisitions

Dayspring Acquisitons, LLC had its beginning in the basement of my home in 1997. After being employed by others for 11 years, my desire was to return to my own business. Following God's direction for this, I named my business "Dayspring" which is a Bible reference to a "new dawn." It was my primary goal to help people by providing cash for their individual needs. I have always kept that goal in focus.

Many retired businessmen from the community became the initial funding source of this company. Dayspring is now using institutional funding companies as well.

In 2002, Dayspring moved to a new level by funding private commercial loans for a variety of needs such as the purchase of development property, rentals, timberland, businesses involving real estate, construction & land/home packages; and the refinancing of commercial & non-conforming properties.

The most rewarding part of Dayspring is the ability to help many young people to get started in real estate or buy their first home, who would not get help anywhere else.
